Process Group. In this group underlying issues are addressed and processed to allow authentic feelings to surface. Assignments are often shared and group participation and feedback are encouraged. Risk taking leads to increased self-awareness and increased progress in recovery. Topics often include relationships, shame, why we are afraid to give up our eating disorder and identity exploration.
Nutrition Group. This group is designed to teach how to make peace with food. Topics include correcting dieting myths, portion control, meal planning, how to obtain nutritional rehabilitation, feeling safe with hunger and fullness, and restoration of healthy metabolism.
