Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Group. This group teaches clients to use the idea of mindfulness to develop non-judgmental observation, description and awareness of one's bodily states, sensations, consciousness, and environment. Participants learn to develop and utilize core DBT skills, including mindfulness, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.

Commitment to Recovery. In this group clients explore ways to obtain and protect self-integrity and continue to progress in their recovery. Clients are active in goal setting and problem solving, as well as in identifying accomplishments along the way.
